Questions
What would you like to know?
Clear answers about the current product, the pilot, data, integrations and what we are building next.
Current product
What can timecue do today?
timecue is available to selected pilot companies. The current product keeps everyday project information, people and work in one place.
The current product covers the parts of project work that teams need to keep together.
- Workforce planning and assignments
- Projects, working areas, tasks and project activity
- Worker profiles, teams, specialties and role-aware access
- Worklogs with time, project and task context, descriptions and optional photos where supported
- Dashboards and available worklog exports
timecue records time together with the project, task and work it belongs to. It is not presented as strict clock-in and clock-out software, and it is not a payroll approval system.
The product has a web app and a native mobile surface. The available workflows can differ by platform, so we will explain the relevant setup during a pilot conversation.
Pilot
How does the pilot work?
A pilot starts with the way your company works today. We discuss the project types, people and information you need to keep in view.
The pilot is for construction companies that want a clearer way to organise projects, assignments and work records. We select companies where the current product is a practical fit.
Send a short application through the pilot page. We review the type of work you do, the projects you manage and what you want to improve. If the current pilot is a good fit, we will contact you to discuss the next step.
Request pilot accessWe need to understand your current workflow, the roles involved and the information you want to follow. We will agree the practical details with you before access is granted.
Not automatically. Availability depends on the current pilot and whether the product fits the company’s work. We will be clear about that in the first conversation.
Pilot availability and commercial terms are discussed directly. We do not publish a price or promise terms on this page.
Workflow
How would a team use it?
A team can record work after it happens and keep the information connected to the project. Managers can then review the activity without rebuilding the story from separate notes.
A normal project day
- 01 Set up the project
Projects, working areas and tasks give the work a clear place.
- 02 Assign the people
Keep assignments and team information close to the work.
- 03 Record the work
Add the time, task and description after the work happens.
- 04 Review the activity
See what has been recorded and what needs attention.
- 05 Keep the history
Leave the project with a useful record for the next decision.
The same project record follows the work from the site to the office.
A project is set up with its working areas and tasks. People are assigned, work is recorded with its context, and managers can review the activity connected to the project.
Yes. Work records can include the project and task they belong to, along with a description and other available context.
Dashboards and project views help managers review recorded activity and see the information available for the next decision. timecue does not claim that every update is live or automatic.
Project activity and work records stay connected to the project so the team can refer back to what has been recorded.
Data
How is our data handled?
Access is organised around the company and user roles. Project and worklog context stays together, and available exports can be used for reporting.
Access is organised around the company and the roles assigned to its users. The exact access model is reviewed as part of the pilot setup.
User roles help determine what people can see and work with. We will explain the available setup for your company before access is granted.
Available worklog exports can be used for reporting outside the app. The exact export options depend on the current product setup.
timecue does not currently present AI analysis as part of the pilot product. For questions about data processing, please contact us or read the Privacy Notice.
Ask a data questionThe Privacy Notice and other legal pages will describe the approved terms for the public product. If you have a question about your company’s data, contact the team directly.

Can timecue work with our existing tools?
There is no fixed public integration list yet. Tell us what you use and we will separate what is possible today from work that would need to be planned.
There is no fixed public integration list yet. We review the tools used for projects, people, worklogs and reporting during a pilot conversation.
Tell us what information you already have and where it is kept. We will explain the available setup instead of promising an import that has not been confirmed.
No. timecue is not presented as an accounting, payroll or ERP replacement. It focuses on the project work and records around the work.
Tell us which tools you use, what information should move between them and who needs to use it. That gives the team enough context to discuss the next step.

What is planned next?
The roadmap separates the current product from work in development and areas still being explored.
The roadmap shows the current status of each area without promising dates. It is the clearest place to see what is available, in development or being explored.
Read the roadmapNo. The current product focuses on workforce planning, projects, tasks, worklogs and project activity. CRM, client communication and offers are planned or in development.
Physical progress and scanning remain research areas. They should not be understood as current product claims.
Pilot feedback informs priorities. It does not guarantee that a specific feature will be built or delivered by a particular date.
